Anyways, as most of you know, I've really gotten into Persona 4 lately, and I was doubly excited when I found out about the anime, which came out today.

And it. was. wonderful.

Okay, so maybe it was a tad rushed, but most people who watch it were fans of the game, so it's not like they need a recap, and it has to cover a lot of the basics if they want to fit the entire game into just 26 episodes.
I also liked some of the changes in terms of timing and events, since it made a little more sense in terms of flow.

All in all, I really want to see the rest of the anime, and Thursdays will never come fast enough anymore.

I AM FREEEEEEE!!!!!! That's right, I am now officially on summer vacation, meaning I am no longer a lowly freshman! Yay

And now that I don't have homework, I can catch up on my drawing, so expect more on my page soon!

On a side note:
DARN YOU DA FOR UPDATING!!! Once again, they have changed the layout of this site. While some things are a little more convenient, it was just unnecessary and a bit of a hassle. But what are you gonna do

P.S.: Congrats to my senior pals for graduating! You made it, guys!

Today after school, I had the strange compulsion to do something random: stand completely still in the middle of the school's quad.

I don't exactly know why, but I did. I stood still for about 10 minutes without talking in the quad and watched people's reactions. Not many people noticed at first, but a few people eventually did, and a crowd really does draw a crowd.

Throughout the minutes, 3 people thought I was upset at someone/something, 2 pushed me to get me to move, 2 more waved their hands in my face to see if I was paying attention, 1 person hugged me (wth ), 2 tried to join me (but couldn't take it), 1 person thought I was "standing up for what's right" (again, wth ), and eventually I was wearing a hat, a lunchbox, and 2 backpacks.

What was really weird was that people actually started taking pictures both OF and WITH me! One guy said he was gonna make a Facebook profile for me (greeaaat.....).

At the end of it all, there were about 20 people standing around me, so I used the best escape plan ever: I slowly walked away. The weird thing is that after it was over, people told me it was brilliant. Now I know how Forrest Gump must have felt when he was running through the states.

The only conclusion I could come up with was that people love when social norms are broken.

In an effort to: a) practice drawing, b) get motivated to start my comic, and c) create concept/promotional art for said comic, I have decided to take the 100 Art Themes Challenge. I don't know when I'll get done, how good I'll be, or even how close it will get me to achieving the above goals, but it couldn't hurt, right?

As a rule, here are the rules.
